Effective from: 1 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the purchase and use of tickets sold through tickets.mpevent.uk.
Ticket sales are operated by:
MP EVENT LTD
Company No. 16362775
Flat 2, 64 Everingham Crescent
Sheffield, S5 7LL
United Kingdom
By purchasing a ticket, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Before making payment, the Customer should check the selected event, date, venue, ticket type, number of tickets and total order value.
An order is confirmed once the payment process has been successfully completed.
The Customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and any other information required when placing the order.
Once the transaction has been completed, the Customer will receive electronic confirmation of the order and access to the purchased ticket.
Depending on the functionality available, the ticket may also be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Each ticket contains a unique code used for verification upon entry to the event.
The Customer is responsible for keeping the ticket and its code secure and preventing unauthorised use.
Images of tickets or QR codes should not be published online or on social media.
If multiple copies of the same ticket are presented, admission will be granted to the person whose code is successfully validated first.
MP EVENT LTD is not responsible for the use of a ticket by a third party where the ticket or its code has been shared by the Customer.
The applicable ticket price is displayed on the relevant event page.
Tickets may be sold in several limited-quantity price releases.
Once one ticket release has sold out, another release may become available at a different price.
MP EVENT LTD does not guarantee that an earlier ticket price will remain available once a particular release has sold out.
Ticket prices may change during the sales period.
Prices for the same event may differ between authorised sales channels.
MP EVENT LTD may offer promotions, limited-time offers and promotional discount codes.
Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, including an expiry date, limited ticket quantity, selected event or ticket release, or other conditions stated as part of the promotion.
The end of a promotion or the sale of a cheaper ticket release does not provide grounds for changing the price of a ticket purchased previously.
Tickets sold through tickets.mpevent.uk are subject to a service fee equal to 5% of the ticket price.
The service fee relates to the electronic ticketing service, including order processing, payment handling, ticket generation and delivery, and operation of the ticketing infrastructure.
The Customer is informed of the amount payable before final confirmation of payment.
Once the ticket sale and transaction processing service has been properly provided, the service fee is non-refundable, including where the ticket price is subsequently refunded.
The above provision does not apply where and to the extent that a refund of the service fee is required by mandatory applicable law.
Tickets sold by MP EVENT LTD relate to events taking place on a specified date.
Tickets are not subject to a standard refund solely because the Customer changes their mind or is unable to attend the event.
Circumstances affecting the Customer which prevent attendance do not automatically create a right to a refund.
MP EVENT LTD may, at its discretion, offer an alternative solution in an individual case. This does not create an obligation to offer the same solution in relation to other orders.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.
If an event is cancelled, MP EVENT LTD will inform ticket holders of the applicable procedure and any refund arrangements.
Where the Customer is entitled to a refund of the ticket price, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the instructions provided to the Customer.
Refunds will generally be processed using the payment method used for the original purchase.
If an event is rescheduled, MP EVENT LTD will inform Customers whether their existing tickets remain valid and of any available options.
Events may be subject to organisational changes, including changes to door opening times, performance times, artist or DJ running order and the event schedule.
Where an event includes several performers or attractions, a change to part of the programme does not automatically constitute cancellation of the entire event.
Where a change to the date, venue, programme or nature of an event is sufficiently significant to give the Customer rights under applicable law, nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts those rights.
The rules relating to the service fee are set out in Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
Attendees must hold a valid ticket which can be successfully verified at the entrance.
Where an event or venue is subject to an age restriction, attendees may be required to present valid proof of age.
Attendees must comply with applicable safety requirements, venue rules and reasonable instructions given by the organiser, security personnel and venue staff.
Admission may be refused, or an attendee may be removed from the event, where the person behaves aggressively, presents a risk to the safety of others or seriously breaches the rules of the venue.
Where admission is refused or an attendee is removed for reasons attributable to their own conduct, a ticket refund may not be available to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Tickets must not be copied or duplicated for the purpose of allowing more than one person to gain admission using the same ticket.
Where a Customer transfers a ticket to another person, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the ticket and its code are transferred securely.
MP EVENT LTD does not guarantee the authenticity or validity of tickets purchased from third parties or through unauthorised sales channels.
Tickets purchased outside authorised sales channels are purchased at the buyer's own risk.
The official direct sales channel operated by MP EVENT LTD is tickets.mpevent.uk. MP EVENT LTD may also appoint other authorised ticket sellers for individual events.
Photography, audio recording and video recording may take place during events for the purpose of documenting the event.
Material showing the event, stage, performers and audience may be used in event coverage and in informational or promotional material relating to MP EVENT LTD.
Such material will be used subject to applicable privacy, data protection and image rights requirements.
Anyone with a question or concern regarding a particular photograph or recording may contact MP EVENT LTD.
Events may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MP EVENT LTD, including decisions made by public authorities or venues, safety issues, serious transport disruption or other exceptional circumstances.
Where such circumstances have a significant impact on an event, MP EVENT LTD will provide ticket holders with available information and, where appropriate, information regarding the next steps.
Nothing in this section restricts any consumer rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Customers experiencing a problem with an order, payment or ticket may contact MP EVENT LTD.
To allow the order to be identified efficiently, the Customer should, where possible, provide the order number, event name and email address used when making the purchase.
